RETURNS & EXCHANGES



In accordance with Danish legislation items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, which includes original packaging & tags attached.



The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and for the return expenses. 



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.



If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 30 days.

When are shopping at arkiva.store you are automatically accepting our sales conditions. This is why we advise you to thoroughly read through all of the mentioned terms and conditions before you start shopping at arkiva.store

Colors

We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

Notification of defects

All merchandise is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced. In case of a complaint or a missing delivery please contact us at: arkiva.store. If the complaint is valid, we will provide you with a shipping label for your return that covers all shipping fees.

Customs and sales tax/VAT

If your order is placed from an EU country you will have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT but no customs fee. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU. If, however, your order is placed outside the EU, you will not have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT but you may have to pay additional tax and duties in the country of destination. Arkiva is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

Exchange rates

All prices are shown in DKK or EUR at arkiva.store. As soon as you place your order the amount will be deducted from your account in your own currency based upon the current exchange rate. When you return your order this amount might vary from the originally deducted amount due to difference in exchange rates. Arkiva is not responsible for covering this difference.



Production time

All items are made to order, and can therefore take up to 3 weeks of production time. Please send us an email to receive a precise production time for your order.





Shipping and delivery

All orders are sent with PostNord or DAO. Tracking numbers will be sent to customers once shipping is booked.

Please contact us if you need your item(s) sent with express, and we will let you know the options.

Once the package is picked up by the transport, we can no longer be held accountable for delays.

If the delivery firm cannot deliver the package on the stated address, the order will be returned to our studio at the customers expense.

Shipping costs are at the customers expense.

8-15 business days outside of Europe



If tax is included by the shippingfirm at delivery, it is at the customers expense.
