All orders placed on our web shop are not binding until you receive a confirmation email.




Production time:
All items are made to order, and can therefore take up to 3 weeks of production time. Please send us an email to receive a precise production time for your order.

Shipping and delivery:
All orders are sent with PostNord or DAO. Tracking numbers will be sent to customers once shipping is booked.

Please contact us if you need your item(s) sent with express, and we will let you know the options.

Once the package is picked up by the transport, we can no longer be held accountable for delays.

If the delivery firm cannot deliver the package on the stated address, the order will be returned to our studio at the customers expense.

Shipping costs are at the customers expense.



Delivery time:
4-8 business days in Denmark
5-10 business days in Europe
8-15 business days outside of Europe

If tax is included by the shippingfirm at delivery, it is at the customers expense.




Returns:
All items are made to order and can therefore only be refunded for a giftcard or other items.


Please contact us if you want to return your package by sending us an email on arkivagarments@gmail.com and we will provide you with a return address. You have 10 days from the accept of the return, to deliver it back to the studio. If you do not make this deadline, we can not accept your return.

The items must be unused, in same condition and in same packaging as received.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will contact you for your refund.

If orders are made with specific measurements it is not possible to refund.

If an item is bought under a sale we do not accept refunds.
